This past week, 56 new listings are decent, ranging in price from $345K to $15.4M! 22 different properties under contract, and 30 going pending. And an average week with 43 homes sold, ranging from $399K to $23.5M!
 

Condos and Townhomes

84 new listings, that's better, and ranging from $119 Grand to $9.95 Million. And another poor week, with just 27 properties under contract and 29 pending. 56 closed sales this week, also not good, and ranging in price from $119K to $2,172,623.
